Teaching signature NOLA bounce moves in an aerobics format, open to all levels and ages. There is no need to know how to dance to enjoy class and get the best cardio workout of your life!

Shakeout Runs

Shakeout Run/Walk

Mondays
1st Monday 6pm at
Port Orleans Brewing
Otherwise 6pm at

(in front of NOMA, benches by Big Lake)

Start your week off with a 2-3-mile run, jog, walk or stroll with a supportive community.

Stretch Ya Brass

End your day with a stress relieving, soulful stretch. In just 45 minutes at this free yoga class, you’ll release the tension in your mind and body, setting yourself for a great day or evening.

Sculpt Ya Brass

Strengthen your body, calm your mind, and connect with your inner self surrounded by the positive energy of like-minded individuals.

Twerk Ya Brass

Come work up a sweat while learning a few basic twerk moves. Again, no experience or rhythm required for this dance cardio class. Just a willingness to learn something new and have fun!

Breath & Brass

This is a gentle & accessible introduction to the practice of controlled breathing techniques. In a welcoming & supportive environment, participants are guided through various breathing exercises to promote relaxation, reduce stress, & enhance mindfulness.
